2. ORDER

4. DELIVERY-COLLECTION

d/ Cases of force majeure, administrative decisions, delivery difficulties on the part of the manufacturer, or economic disruptions entitle us to extend the delivery period. In this case, we undertake to notify our customers of any delays in delivery.

e/ Risks are transferred to the customer upon shipment of the goods from our warehouses (or those of our supplier in the event that the latter delivers the goods directly). 5. ORDER COMPLIANCE CHECKS

The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the products delivered and the correct receipt of the instructions for use. The buyer has a period of three working days from delivery to submit a complaint to URBANRES CONTENEDORES by email (info@urbanrescontenedores.es) or post regarding any non-conformity or defect in the products delivered. 6. PAGO

– El pago en 3 plazos con tarjeta de crédito o cheque debe ser entre 100€ y 3.500€, y solo es posible para cualquier pedido realizado por un particular: Se facturan gastos administrativos de 19,90€ impuestos incluidos.

Para luchar contra el fraude, cuando el cliente elige pagar en 3 cuotas con tarjeta de crédito o cheque, recibe un correo electrónico pidiéndole que confirme su elección y que la justifique enviando comprobante de domicilio, documento de identidad con menos de 3 meses de antigüedad. . El expediente es estudiado por el departamento financiero, que se reserva el derecho de aceptar o rechazar el pago en 3 plazos en un plazo de 14 días.
