Our new 20-foot Dry Van containers are delivered fully loaded from China, so they may have slight transport damage to the corners and castings, but they are still in excellent condition. We can supply new 20-foot containers in a range of RAL colours, depending on availability in stock, or on request in the RAL colour of your choice.

1. Introduction
This returns and refunds policy (hereinafter, “Policy”) describes the terms and conditions under which Urbanres Contenedores SL, with registered office at Calle Notario Salvador Montesinos Bonet, 8, Madrid, 03550, Madrid (hereinafter, “the Company”), manages returns and refunds for products purchased through the website urbanrescontenedores.es (hereinafter, “the Site”).
2. Return Period
The Customer has a period of 30 working days from the date of receipt of the order to return the product. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and show no signs of use. All original accessories, manuals, and documents must be included.
4. Return Process
To initiate the return process, the Customer must contact the Company via email at info@urbanrescontenedores.es, providing the order number and the reason for the return. The Company will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The Customer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or does not conform to the description provided on the Website.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the Customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must notify the Company within 48 hours of receiving the order. The Company will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement product at no additional cost to the Customer or, if the Customer prefers, proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.
7. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected by the Company, the Customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the Customer's original account via bank transfer within 14 business days.
8. Exceptions
Returns of personalized or custom-made products will not be accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Returns of products that show signs of misuse or tampering will also not be accepted.
